Use forms, APIs, configured email and webhooks to connect the site to your workflow. Selected CRM and messaging connectors and payment adapters require their own setup.

Give an inquiry a useful next step.

A visitor submits a form; the CMS stores the inquiry and configured actions can pass it to the team’s systems. Choose the destination, map the form fields and give the person handling the inquiry the context they need.

Email and HTTP/webhook delivery provide useful building blocks for a project’s workflow. Configure the supported account or destination, then verify an actual delivery before describing the connection on the website.

Use the tools your team already works with.

Progressive CMS includes connectors for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, ShareCRM (FXiaoKe) and Salesforce. Connect your own CRM account, configure the inquiry fields and action rules, then verify delivery in the receiving system.

Configured email delivery, Telegram and Nextcloud Talk can support messages and notifications. A generic HTTP/webhook connector supports systems with an appropriate API. A developer can build a site extension for a custom process using CMS contracts.

Configure the connection and action rules, then inspect delivery results. The website’s design remains in its theme; service connections are a separate part of the project.

Connect payments to your merchant account.

Progressive CMS includes payment adapters for providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Alipay and Tabby. Connect an eligible merchant account, enable its CMS provider instance, store credentials in secret slots and configure the provider-side webhook. The payment methods and commercial terms come from that account.

Publish the methods the owner has confirmed after setup. This website currently provides project inquiries; checkout and online-store workflows are separate project work. Refunds are handled through the merchant’s administrative workflow.

Questions and answers

Which connectors are actually included?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, ShareCRM (FXiaoKe) and Salesforce connectors are included, alongside email, Telegram, Nextcloud Talk and generic HTTP/webhook delivery. Each connection needs the project’s own account or receiving service, configuration and a verified delivery.

Can inquiries reach the tools our team uses?

Yes. Choose a supported connector or a suitable HTTP/webhook destination, map the inquiry fields and verify delivery with the team.

Can we connect another system?

A suitable API may work with generic HTTP/webhook delivery. A custom process may require a developer-built extension and separate acceptance.

Can integrations be part of an implementation or migration?

Yes. Agree the forms, destination, notifications and verification together with the project scope.
