Privacy notice
How this website handles project inquiries, essential services and optional browser storage.

Who to contact
This is the privacy notice for p-cms.com, the Progressive CMS website from Progressive OS. For questions about information you send to us, use info@progressive-os.com.
Project inquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email and project description. You may also provide an organization, project interests and a current website. Its required confirmation asks us to use those details to review and respond to your inquiry. The inquiry is stored in this site’s Progressive CMS instance and reviewed through authenticated administrative access. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising emails.
Optional visit-source information
If you enable visit-source storage, the theme can remember allowlisted campaign parameters, the landing-page path and the referring website’s hostname for the current browser tab. When you submit an inquiry, this snapshot can be attached to help us understand how you reached the site. It is not sent with the inquiry when this option is off. The page from which you send an inquiry is included as operational context.
Cookies and similar storage
The public pages do not currently set a visitor-identification cookie. Essential browser storage remembers your consent choice for 180 days. Security and requested services may use their own necessary session mechanisms. Two optional categories are offered: display preferences (light or dark mode, stored in localStorage) and visit-source information (stored in sessionStorage for the browser tab). Neither is stored by the theme before you opt in. There are no advertising or third-party analytics scripts configured on these public pages.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or select optional storage. Rejecting it leaves the inquiry form available. Withdrawing a category removes the corresponding browser-stored preference or visit-source snapshot. This removes browser data; it does not automatically remove information in an inquiry you already submitted. If browser storage is blocked, your choice may only last for the current page visit.
Retention and requests
Browser consent expires after 180 days; visit-source storage lasts for the tab session. Inquiry records are held separately in the CMS. The browser controls do not delete those records. Contact us to ask about a submitted inquiry’s retention or to request access, correction or deletion; identify the email used for the inquiry without sending identity documents or secrets in the initial message. Applicable obligations may affect a request.
External links and safe sharing
Following a link to another website or contacting us through an external messenger brings that service’s own policies into scope. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details or confidential customer information in the public inquiry form. See our Security Agreement for reporting a concern.
